One payment, VAT included, no renewal. You pay for the search, not an appointment. Packages stop once booked; no slot is guaranteed. Availability depends on the procedure and is confirmed in the app before payment.
Bookings are made in the attendee’s own name, with their permission. Appointments are never held for resale or transferred.
Service termsAlready have a date?
You can save your appointment in the app. Existing earlier-date alerts tell you about openings; they keep your current appointment and do not reserve a replacement. Bring it forward will launch when automatic replacement is ready.
