CitaExpress helps you find and manage public-administration appointments. It is not a government website, an official representative or a legal advice service. Official appointments are free, and you may use the official portal directly.

Current service

Coverage is limited to the Barcelona Registro Civil Nº 2 nationality oath procedure shown on our home page. Self-service booking, initial appointment searches and earlier-date alerts are available in early access. Public earlier-date alerts do not cancel or replace existing bookings. DNI and passport support is not yet available.

Your instructions and responsibility

Provide accurate information and only manage another person’s details with their permission or appropriate legal authority. Check the official eligibility and document requirements. Authorise automated booking only when you are ready for a matching appointment to be reserved. You may need to complete a verification step yourself.

Official nationality oath instructions

Availability and confirmations

Appointments depend on the official portal. We cannot guarantee a date, a successful booking, continuous portal access or a faster administrative decision. Openings can disappear during booking. Treat a reservation as complete only when you have an official confirmation. Check appointment changes and messages in your workspace.

Early-access pricing

The current early-access service is free and does not collect payment details. Future paid assistance will require clear pricing and your separate agreement before any charge. You may pause a search; work already submitted to the official portal must first be resolved.

Problems, changes and your rights

Use appointment support to report a problem. We may update the service as early access develops and will explain material changes that affect your use. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
